DETAILS DESIGN SELECTION Select a design from the book. If your client would like something more custom, we can do that as well, so please feel free to ask for a custom quote. SUBMIT YOUR ODER Place your order by filling out the pdf form provided in this album and emailing to jill@jillyjackdesignsllc.com. Make sure to provide all the proper information and feel free to contact us with any questions either by phone 317-414-5955 or email info@jillyjackdesignsllc.com PROOFING Please allow one month for the proofing process and printing time. Typically, after an order is placed a PDF proof will be issued within 2-3 business days. The entire proofing process can take anywhere from 5 days to a few weeks depending on how many proofing rounds are required. We allow for 3 rounds of PDF proofs with each order. If additional proofs are required beyond the 3rd proof, a non-refundable fee of $30 will be charged for each additional proof issued. *NOTE: You must proofread all of your text and dates carefully. While we do our best to chatch and correct errors, ultimately your signature and/or approval is a binding agreement between you and Jilly Jack Designs, LLC to proceed with production on your order as shown in our PDF proof. We require signature approval before we move your order into production. Please provided a signature approval on each page of the PDF proof and eamil it to jill@jillyjackdesignsllc.com. If this is not possible to have an actual signature, we can accept written approval by email. PRINTING All orders are shipped within 10-20 business days from the time of proof approval. Timing is affected by the size and complexity of the order and the availability of materials. We do accept rush orders as our schedule permits. A 15% rush fee will be applied to the order. PRICING & PAYMENT The price of your order is determined at the onset of the project and is based on quantity, paper, number of pieces ordered, number of colors used and timing. All orders must be secured with a valid credit card (mastercard or visa) before work can begin. Orders valued over $1,000 may require a down payment of one half the total cost of the order. An invoice is issued, not including shipping costs, once the order moves into the production state. When the order is shipped, we will use the credit card on file to collect payment for our services, unless an alternate payment is arranged. SHIPPING Shipping costs are covered in full by the customer. We ship all orders via UPS Ground, unless you request otherwise. Most orders shipped within the US will cost anyhwere from $10-$25 for standard shipping. ORDER CANCELLATION If you wish to cancell your order with Jilly Jack Designs, we must receive your cancellation request in writing via email to jill@jillyjackdesignsllc.com within 1 day of your order being placed. Any cancellations occuring after this time will be looked at on a case-by-case basis. Jilly Jack Designs, offers no guarantee that your oder will be able to be cancelled after this time period, as your order may have already gone to print. Orders that are cancelled will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee, as well as any plates, materials and labor charges that have been incurred at the time of cancellation.
