Born in South Africa and raised in Los Angeles, Tracy DuCharme has been a goal getter from the very beginning of her real estate career 17 years ago. A multi-million dollar producer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Tracy is revolutionizing vertical markets in the real estate industry.

The wife of an international airline pilot, Tracy is the creator and owner of ARI: Aviation Relocation International. ARI’s core initiative is to provide seamless integration into the new base community for pilots and other aviation industry employees and their families.

ARI serves as a single point of contact concierge service and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Serving the needs of aviation industry professionals around the globe, Tracy has strategically placed resources that include local real estate agents, specialized mortgage lenders, moving companies and more.

Tracy has worked closely with aviation professionals around the world for more than 16 years and is no stranger to the needs of the airline families facing base changes.
