At the center of our ambitious project sits a crucial confluence point, where the UNESCO Site, Old Railway Station, and Abandoned Yard connect, weaving together narratives of historical value and unfulfilled promise. Surrounding this important core are the Cruise Terminal and the Holy Church of Agios Dionysios, complementing the cultural scene and giving doors to numerous development prospects. Addressing the different demands of stakeholders, our idea unfolds with the restoration of the derelict railway station into lively conference center, effortlessly mixing echoes of the past with contemporary practicality.
The refurbished station, which is intended to be busy hub, will include wooden pergolas, cozy lounging areas, and distinctive boutique stores that foster a sense of vibrancy and community involvement. Both residents and visitors will be drawn to this warm area, which will entice them to experience its rejuvenated beauty. With a strong emphasis on historical preservation, we want to create space that respects our history while eagerly welcoming the future and encouraging inclusion and teamwork everywhere we go.
