The JH Land Trust’s R Park Solstice Celebration is back! From 4-7pm, enjoy live music, tasty eats, and a slew of fun activities – our ArtMobile will be there, with a Mama Mimi giant troll inspired activity!

WildWalls x Anvil Hotel Block Party
The Anvil Hotel is hosting its first annual Summer Block Party on Friday, July 1 from 6-9pm with JH Public Art as the beneficiary! There’ll be live music and art making, food and drink.
July 19
WildWalls Mural Walk
Join JH Public Art at the Snake River Brewery on Tuesday, July 19 from 5-7pm for a mural walk of this year’s WildWalls murals. We’ll start with drinks and an art activity with artist Ava Reynolds at the Pub and will take groups on guided tours of the interactive murals!

Palates & Palettes Gallery Walk
A highlight of the Fall Arts Festival every year, Palates & Palettes always draws a crowd! Start your gallery + mural walk with us at the Anvil Hotel and then move along to all participating galleries.

10th Anniversary MoonShot 5x5
2022 is JH Public Art’s 10-year anniversary and it will be celebrated with a special MoonShot 5x5 event on Monday, October 3, featuring Jason McClennan, a world famous expert on living buildings, follwed by the 5x5 Moonshot presentations.

Upcoming Installations Patrick Dougherty Community Build at the Center for the Arts August 2022
Patrick Dougherty, an internationally-renowned sculptor, is coming to the Center for the Arts as a visiting artist August 8-26. During his residency, Patrick will construct a site-specific sculpture made entirely out of willow saplings in the Center Park with the help of many local volunteers. Join us in creating a work of art for the entire community to enjoy for years to come!

Square to Summit Connector Installing September 2022
Over 30 local businesses and organizations have committed to the Square to Summit Connector project, a public art partnership between Snow King Resort, JH Chamber of Commerce, Town of Jackson, and JH Public Art. Twenty-five salvaged Snow King Summit lift chairs will be repurposed as colorful benches and swings to form a walking corridor from downtown Jackson to the Snow King summit. This project celebrates Jackson’s unique cultural identity, history, and people by elevating local ski culture, its heritage, and our landscape. London based artist Zarah Hussain has provided a beautiful color palette, inspired by alpenglow. Find more about her work online here: www.zarahhussain.co.uk

LandSignals Coming 2024
Jackson Hole, Wyoming sits at the confluence of art, science, and conservation. JH Public Art will commission three to five new works that tell a compelling story about how the environment is sending signals of change and how humans can be part of the response. LandSignals is an ecology-inspired, multi-month public art exhibit located in Jackson, Wyoming slated for 2024.
