Article 2º: Internship Programme Ensure the application of theoretical knowledge of the Intern and prepare his future incorporation into labour market. Strengthen professional training of the Intern, through professional practice, in resolving Urban and Architectural aspects. Apply the scientific and technological knowledge that are part of the academic formation provided in the Faculty. The Host Company must entrust the Intern, in accordance with the Faculty, the tasks and responsibilities related to qualifications and competencies which lead to diploma. This Internship Programme should be approved by Intern’s Accountables from Faculty and Company. It must match the Studies Framework of the Faculty and can be no longer than 12 months. An agreement could eventually be established in case of prolongation of Internships hours, under the Company’s request and Intern’s approval.
Article 4º: Remuneration The Intern may receive a remuneration and/or any other payment. The remuneration is fixed en………………………………… $ per month.
Article 5º: End of the Internship The Company will give to Intern an Internship Certification and fill in an Evaluation Form, which will be provided to the Faculty. For its part, the Intern must present an Internship Report to the Faculty, according to right Regulatory Provisions of the Faculty.

Article 6º: Health Coverage and Civil Liability The Intern will enroll to a Health Insurer that cover the risks of sickness, disability and accidents at work. The Intern and the Company must subscribe a Civil Responsability Insurance to the pertinent organism. The Declaration of Accidents at work concerns the Faculty that must be informed by the Company, in writing, within no more than 48 hours. If the Intern does limited missions out of the Company, or outside of country where takes place Internship, the Company must take all the necessary measures to provide him/her the insurance in question.
Article 7º: Obligations and Duties of the Intern Obligations: During Internship, the Intern will have the following obligations: comply with the order, internal discipline of the Company, internship hours, safety measures, medical examination, and any other rules that point out the Company. The absence must be duly justified to the Company. Duties: The Intern makes the commitment not to use in any case the informations gathered by them, to be published or communications with third parties, with no prior consent of the Company Management, included the Internship Report. This commitment doesn’t only work during Internship but also after its expiry date.
Article 8º: Discipline of Intern In the event of non-compliance to the disciplinary rules, the Internship Supervisor of the Company must inform this incident to the Internship Supervisor of the Faculty and, by mutual agreement, will decide on appropriate measures. In case of serious disregard of discipline, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Internship respecting the provisions laid down in the article 9 of this contract.
Article 9º: Interruption, Suspension or Rupture of the Contract Temporary Interruption: Every absence must be notified by the Company to the Faculty. In the case of an interruption, at least one week, because of circumstantial reasons or other excepcional, authorised by the Company, an agreement will be reached and signed previously by each one of the parts. Definitive Interruption: In case of willingness of one of the parts (Company, Faculty, Intern) to interrupt definitively the Internship, this will immediately inform the other two parts in writing. The reasons will be examined in close consultations. The definitive decision will only be took after the resolution of consultation phase. Suspension or Rupture: In case of suspension or rupture, for some reason of one of the parts, must be justified with 30 days in advance.
