Joseph Goldstein founded JGArchitects in 1998 as a collaborative practice of leading specialists with expertise in architectural interiors. Prior to forming JGArchitects, he

was an associate in the parnership group of Skidmore, Owings &

Merrill, where over a ten year period, he worked as Project Architect on multi-floor corporate headquarters projects for WJPMorgan Chase in New York City; and UBS Warburg in Stamford, CT. His work as principal of JGArchitects includes US corporate headquarters projects, for such companies as Siemens North America, Nippon Telegraph & Telephone America; Kawasaki Heavy industries USA; financial services projects for Goldman Sachs, AIG, BlackRock; and Chanceries and Permanent Missions for foreign governments including the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago; and Barbados.

A licensed architect in five states, with over twenty-five years of experience, Joseph Goldstein attended Paul Mellon Centre for the Study of British Art, and graduated from Yale University and Cooper Union School of Architecture. He has been teaching design studios at the New York School of Interior Design since 2004; and is board secretary of the Congress of International Modern Architects [CIMA].

ships between client, consultants, contractors and architect. During associations with Kohn Pederson Fox Interior Architects, Beyer Binder Belle and JGArchitects, this has included defining program with clients and user groups, presentations of design proposals, budget and schedule control, creating clear comprehensive contact documents using Autocad, coordinating with consultants and managing the bidding process and construction administration.

Computer-aided design specialist and architect, Todd Class joined JGArchitects as a Principal at its founding as a collaborative practice of leading specialists. Todd Class

has a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of software pack ages, operating systems, networking systems; CAD; CAFM; animation

and rendering; business and graphic applications; and the Internet. In addition, he is Certified AutoCAD Training Specialist. A graduate of New York Institute of Technology, Todd Class was the computer graphic coordinator for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and subsequently, developer of computer usage for the Metropolitan Museum Egyptian Art Department and Director of Academic Computing for the New York School of Interior Design. Currently In addition to his responsibilities at JGArchitects, Todd Class is Director of Academic Computing at New York School of Interior Design and Chair of The Computer Technology in Interior Design Committee, of the Interior Design Educators Council.

Peter Lung’s work has been published in Interiors, Interior Design, Interior Lighting, New York Times Magazine, Corporate Interiors No. 5, and AIA Guide to New York City, as well as exhibited at Manhattan’s 69th Gallery and the President’s Gallery at F.I.T, in New York.
