OPENING ORDERS
Minimum opening order is $150 wholesale, prepaid with a major credit card†, INTERAC*, PayPal, or a fistful of damp folding currency. To apply for Net 30 terms, please email wholesale@PhilosophersGuild.com with the following:
• Three (3) current vendor references with fax numbers and emails
• One (1) bank reference Net 30 terms will be applied on subsequent orders upon credit approval.
REORDERS
Minimum reorder is $100.
RETURNS
Defective or damaged items are eligible for an account credit and must be reported within 14 days (see CLAIMS). All other returns must be approved within 60 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us at wholesale@PhilosophersGuild.com for approval. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be unstickered and in resalable condition.
CLAIMS
All claims due to incorrect pricing on an invoice, defective or damaged items, shortage, or items shipped in error must be reported to Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
BACKORDERS
Unless you provide alternate instructions, out of stock items are automatically backordered. Backorders under $40 ship with free freight to destinations in the Continental US. Customers pay freight on all backorder shipments over $40 unless backorder originated from a free freight order. No additions may be made to backorders with special promotions. Customers wanting no part of this backorder poppycock and bombast may elect no backorders ever but it’s your loss.
