Yes, we can customize anything you see in the catalog. Each product has minimum quanitites required. Shirts start at 150qty, towels start at 100qty, embroidered hats and trucker hats start at 150qty. Turnaround time after a proof is approved is about 3 weeks.
We love creating designs from scratch but they are quite time consuming, so right now we have some guidelines on how custom we’ll go. Anything super custom (meaning it will take us over an hour to work on) a design fee of $40/hour will be charged. Anything that would be a simple text change would not require any additional design fee.
There are set-up cost that our printer charges us, that we have to pass off to you, but that’s it. We’re happy to walk you through some ideas to help you quickly create a special product for your store or next event. Custom products help you stand out among other retailers and really delight customers!
Create an easy name drop with our hometown custom shirt designs on pgs 14-17 and trucker hats on pg 39. Their minimums are only 50 qty.
Nathan Waldon, owner of Nathan & Co came to us with an idea to simply take our custom script shirt design and asked for it on a hoodie. No problem! They also wanted some embroidered hats with their hometown name. Lastly, they requested a specific design inside our Good People Good Times design and provided inspiration to help us create the graphic. Hopefully this gives you an idea of what we can do for you!

MINIMUMS & PAYMENT
Opening order $200.00 Reorder $150.00. Order payment is required prior to shipping with credit card. Net 30 terms are available to retailers after a relationship has been established. SFDB has the right to refuse Net 30 to any retailer. Orders where credit card payments have been declined will only be held for 2 weeks, then the order will be canceled. You will be notified if your credit card is declined.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Orders can be called in at 615.547.8818 or placed by email at info@ southernfrieddesign.com. We will connect you with a sales representative from your area if applicable. Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours and will promptly ship out within 3-4 business days. Please allow up to 4 weeks for tradeshow orders. $10.50 will be the minimum shipping applied to any wholesale order. All orders will ship UPS Ground or USPS depending on size. If a retailer has shipping carrier limitations it is their responsibility to notify their sales Rep or SFDB at the time of order placement. Rushed orders can be shipped next day for a $50.00 rush processing fee. All opening orders must provide a resale certificate or tax ID number before orders are shipped. Placement of order will confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions. Southern Fried Design Barn reserves the right to stop selling to retailers who do not comply and the right to refuse or cancel any order.
BACKORDERS
If your order has backordered items it will be reflected on your invoice. If you don’t want backorders we must be notified when you place your initial order; otherwise, your backorders will ship when ready. We charge shipping on backorders.
$10.50 will be the minimum shipping applied to any wholesale order. We ship backorders up to 4 months after initial order placement.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Only damaged goods will be refunded and must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. All sales are final. No refunds, no returns. Any order cancellation requested after placed order will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
PACKAGING & PRODUCTS
Do not remove brand tags from products. SFDB reserves the right to change and substitute product material when needed to meet supply demand.
ONLINE STORES
At this time, SFDB is only accepting limited retailers who exclusively sell online. Retailers who sell SFDB online are required to include Southern Fried Design Barn™ in the product description and or title. Accounts are not allowed to sell through any third party sites such as but not limited to Ebay, Amazon or Etsy.
