ORDER MINIMUM
$175.00 minimum for opening orders, $125.00 minimum for reorders.
PAYMENT
Initial orders must be prepaid by CC or check. We are happy to extend net 30 terms on future orders with approved credit. We accept: Visa / Mastercard / American Express
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are applied at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. All orders are shipped via UPS. FOB Linden, NJ. Our typical turnaround time is 2-4 business days. Please let us know if you have a time-sensitive order and we will do our best to accommodate it.
BACKORDERS
You will be notified of all out of stock items. All backorders under $50.00 will be cancelled.
RETURNS
If something arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. We will happily replace it with a healthy item. All returns require a return authorization code.
