From wick to wax pool, from first fire to final flicker, these simple steps ensure that your candle lasts longer, burns cleaner, and glows just as intended.Because when you ignite it properly, the flame does more than just burn; it also carries the rhythm.
Trim the Wick Before Each Burn
Cut to 5 mm before lighting. A short wick gives a steadier flame, less soot, and a cleaner burn.
Let It Pool
Allow the wax to fully melt edge to edge on the first burn (around 2–3 hours). This prevents tunneling and sets the memory for future burns.
Burn Time Matters
Never burn for less than 1 hour or more than 4 hours at a time. Short burns tunnel, long ones overheat the glass.
Keep It Clear
Avoid moving the candle while lit. Keep away from fans, vents, or open windows that may cause uneven burning or flickering.
Know When to Stop
Discontinue use when 1 cm of wax remains. This protects the glass and ensures safe reuse.
