Over the past forty-three years, Mary and her husband Richard Thompson have turned their small card business into a nationally recognized giftware company. Located in historic downtown Oroville, California, they have expanded their products to not only include flour sack towels, but aprons, tote bags, ceramics, cake mixes, sponge cloths and much more. At Mary Lake-Thompson Ltd., each of our charming, one-of-a-kind designs reflects the personal care and attention we bring to every product. All items are printed and packaged to order at our factory in Northern California. This madeto-order process allows us to offer a wide range of designs and customized products with no setup fees. However, it can also lead to longer lead times and may limit our ability to guarantee specific ship dates. If you require a specific ship date, please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
For the 2025 holiday season, orders will begin shipping in August. To support early planning, we’ve included our 2026 Valentine’s and Easter collections in this catalog; these items will begin shipping in December 2025.
Due to current tariff conditions, any new holiday melamine and ceramic items will be on hold until 2026, when we hope to reintroduce them to our line. Please stay tuned for updates!
