All orders require approval by Dionis (CCP, Inc.) Product for resale only. All prices, terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice and are at the sole discretion of Dionis.
Online Retailers: Dionis is carried at a variety of specialty and upscale retail boutiques with physical storefront locations. As a benefit to our retailers, we have limited presence online. If you intend to sell Dionis Goat Milk Skincare online as well as in your physical storefront, your website must be pre-approved and discounting is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to those who place Dionis products on Ebay, Amazon or other 3rd party selling sites.
Order Minimums: Opening orders: $200.00 per resale location; Reorders: $100.00 per resale location.
Payment Terms: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Net 30 with approved credit by CCP, Inc. No COD orders.
Shipping: All orders are FOB Warrington, PA shipping via FedEx ground. All freight is prepaid and added to invoice.
Returns and Claims: Returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be borne by the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned new. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-authorized by CCP, Inc. Any unauthorized return will be subject to 50% restocking fee, plus freight including refused or undeliverable goods.
Damaged & Defective Product: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
