SHIPPING / FREIGHT POLICY (CONTINENTAL U.S.)

Freight: All orders* including backorders are shipped Prepaid and Charge. The Freight charges will be included on your A.I.I sales order invoice.

Orders Below Freight Allowed Minimum: The customer must pay for and is responsible for the entire freight amount. This may not be deducted from payment.

Freight Allowed Minimum Orders (See below): Prepaid and Charge

Prepaid and Charge does not automatically entitle you to the full freight allowance. In order to qualify, you must do the following:

1. Order the minimum Freight Allowed amount per product line, or $2,000 for a combo order.

2. Pay the A.I.I. invoice within terms by due date.

If these two conditions are met, you may deduct the freight amount on your invoice from your payment to A.I.I.

Liftgate, Storage, and Redelivery Charges:

The customer is obligated to pay any liftgate fees. The need for liftgate must be requested at the time of order placement. The liftgate fee of $50 will appear on the invoice and is not deductible.

If the carrier attempts a delivery and has not been notified in advance that a liftgate is needed, storage and redelivery fees may apply. A separate invoice will be generated for these fees.

Please note - if you pay your bill late and deduct the freight amount from your payment, we will consider the freight amount open and delinquent.
