PREDICT SHAKEUP OF NAZI OFFICIALS IN THIS HEMISPHERE Washington ( W N S ) — A shakeup of Nazi diplomatic and' consular officials in the Western Hemisphere w a s predicted by neutral observers here as a re« suit of the strong stand taken at the Havana Pan-American con* ference against fifth column activities. It is believed-in some quarters hero that Nazi officials are perturbed over the firm attitude of the American republics in dealing with fifth column activities. Nazi higher-up are upset also by the manner in which supposed secret agents have been' discovered and publicized. /' Many Nazi diplomatic officials will be recalled and replaced .by lesser known Nazis, according to these quarters.
