The Jewish Community Center drive is not over. $39,300 more is needed to fill the quota of $250,000 for a New Jewish Community Center building in Omaha. This money MUST be raised by Wednesday evening, April11. During the past week the drive went over the $210,000 mark. Workers have been combing the entire city. "We must raise the remainder of the money,'' said Harry Lapidiis, chairman of the drive. We have secured the amount already raised from about five hundred subscribers. There are many more people who should give to this wonderful cause. The workers will canvass them during the week. - ' Every Jewish man and woman, boy and girl, should give to this cause. A cause that is closest to the hearts of all-Omaha Jewry. *T hope that.on next Wednesday evening we will be able to announce to the entire Community and 'to the world at large that the Jewish Community Center building drive WENT OVER THE TOP", said Harry Lapidus.
