Dear Friends,

Thank you for joining our Just For Show event. Tonight, we gather to enjoy the company of friends and community leaders, listen to the songs and stories of Broadway legends Sandra Joseph and Rob Bohmer, and make Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas a meaningful difference for those whose lives are touched by JFS. Your presence here and the contributions you make enable JFS to provide comprehensive whole-person care.

For 72 years, JFS has served as “An Open Door to All in Need”. Over time, our services have grown to include individual and family counseling, diagnostic assessment and play therapy, family violence intervention, Holocaust survivor support, career and financial coaching, emergency assistance and food pantry services, services for older adults, and a clubhouse for those with severe, persistent mental illnesses.

As we do when the times or situation require it, JFS is evolving again and responding to a community emergency…access to healthcare.

JFS will be opening our first primary care medical clinic by the end of 2023 to serve and provide a medical home for the uninsured and underinsured. By adding medical care to our existing wraparound services, we are helping to address this unmet need for so many who have nowhere to go.

Our heartfelt thanks to our amazing Co-Chairs, Anita & Todd Chanon, and Michael Kaufman & Durward Watson, for their enthusiasm and tireless efforts that made tonight possible.
