With a background spanning commercial aviation management and operations, I have built my decades long career on operational expertise and a deep passion to help clients and candidates navigate their way towards the perfect opportunity. I began my journey in commercial aviation, holding positions in management and operations with Part 121 carriers in New York and Kansas City, before joining Jet Aviation in 2004. As a Director of Cabin Services, I supported our growing fleet until 2019, when I transitioned to my current role as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with Jet Aviation Staffing, strategically managing recruitment efforts to attract and hire top-tier aviation professionals.
With more than seven years of talent acquisition experience, I have leveraged my expertise in identifying and securing exceptional talent, building authentic relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a mutual fit and long-term success. I am results-oriented, with a proven track record of engaging and hiring standout individuals in the field. My people-first mindset and passion for candidates led me to join Jet Aviation in June 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting FBO, before moving in 2023 to support the company’s Flight Services department. As a strategic partner, I ensure a seamless recruiting and hiring process for flight crew for the company’s managed flight accounts.
