Marymount School

During the last month of March, 3 students from Marymount School of New York, USA, came to be part of our student life for 3 weeks. They were hosted by three families from 1st BAT who voluntereed to do so. The three girls, eager to have an international experience in Barcelona, improve their Spanish and learn about our culture, came to our school and classes (in Spanish and English) and had a special program of cultural, artistic and experiential visits not only in Barcelona, but in other places of Catalonia. We believe this is an enriching program for everybody involved in it: of course, the Marymount students and their partners, the host families, and the school in general. It has been an absolute pleasure to have them at Sant Ignasi. Next year, we will continue the project with 3 girls from Sant Ignasi and 3 girls from Marymount.
HERE YOU HAVE A VIDEO THAT THE STUDENTS PREPARE TO THANK OUR SCHOOL FOR THEIR EXPERIENCE (WE HOPE YOU LIKE IT!).
We cannot finish this article without thanking the families who hosted these three girls just for the sake of the experience. It is families who are actively involved in our international projects who help us improve and increase our Global Citizenship proposals for the following years.
