This look goes against all stereotypes from the first century up to the late 1920's - not only where women not allowed to vote, they couldn't choose their career, they were highly restricted from a stigma of 'beauty', as well they were restricted by their husbands and had no control. this shoot is voicing them, portraying women have power and the right - things have gratefully changed for the better. As this shoot will be shot in black and white, without the filter, there's a strong, expressive story behind it THIS IS THE CHANGE OF SOCIETY.
Denim is the most prestigious material in the world of fashion
Double denim is occasionally frowned upon but recently it has made a comeback in society once again - since the 70's and 80's - especially when repurposing denim materials.
'50 Shades of Denim' is a protest against the sector being the most environmentally damaging in the fashion industry. Showcasing to recycle, repurpose, reuse. THIS IS A STOP TO POLLUTION.
