To my fellow book lovers, welcome. This is the first edition of Books & Beyond, a magazine for the people who find themselves online, watching people read books, as much as they have a book in their own hands. In 2020, my love of books that was lost throughout my teenage years, came back in full force during the pandemic. With my free time increasing significantly, so did the number of books I was picking up. I fell back in love with books and reading and authors and book reviewers and everything else in the bookish world. Out of curiousity, I went online to find others like me, and wow, was there an abundance. Book lovers all over the world, talking about their love (and hate!) of books and ultimately, the importance reading has in their lives. I felt so seen! Years went on and YouTube and TikTok saw an influx of millions within reading communities
