Jess Mah launched her first six-figure business in middle school and hasn’t stopped building since. She’s been on the founding team of 10+ companies valued at $100M+, serves on 5 boards, and currently runs Mahway—her investment firm backing high-conviction founders in fintech, biotech, AI, and litigation finance. Her team of 20+ operators helps turn bold ideas into durable companies. A UC Berkeley CS grad, Jess has been honored by Forbes 30 Under 30, Inc. Magazine, and Fast Company’s Most Creative People. She was the youngest woman in Y Combinator (2010), the youngest YPO member (2013), and the youngest graduate of Harvard’s Presidents’ Program (2024). Jess splits her time between NYC and SF with her puppy, chasing hard problems and good people.
