WORK(OUT) FROM HOME

Over 30 Jersey Post Group employees took part in fitness sessions run by our very own Ben Wolstenholme. The first 6-week course started on 2 February, and it proved so popular that another 6-week session was introduced, which ended on 28 April.

Ben, who works as a Help Desk Technician, is also a qualified personal trainer and led two 45-minute online sessions twice a week at 18:00 GMT+1. All employees were invited to join, and Jersey Post very kindly funded 50% for Jersey Post Group employees.

Ben has been joined by colleagues from the UK, US and Jersey, including CEO Tim Brown, who says he now aches in places you didn’t know could ache. Congratulations are also in order for Tim, who was the only employee to attend every single session, even benefiting from a 1-2-1 session with Ben at one evening! Toni Stephens in HR was a close runner up, only missing one session.

A few words from Ben: “I just wanted to thank everyone for their support over the last 12 weeks. It has been great fun training everyone and hearing about how each of you got on the next day. I’ve felt a real community spirit with this. It has been great hearing how people have progressed, and out of all the classes I teach, I will definitely miss this one the most. Honestly, thank you to everyone who joined (even in spirit), and hopefully, we can arrange something new for the summer.“
