Welcome to Jersey Stamps

Welcome to the first stamp bulletin of 2025!

We hope you’ve had an enjoyable new year so far. In this bulletin, we’ll be detailing the first four issues of 2025, as well as looking back on previous 2024 collections.

In keeping with previous years, we started 2025 by celebrating Chinese New Year with our Lunar New Year - Year of the Snake issue, designed by Chief Art Consultant of China Post, Wang Huming.

The second series of stamps to be released in January was the new tariff issue 100 Years of Gerald Durrell: Conservation Gerald Durrell was a renowned conservationist, who made Jersey an integral part of his legacy.

Issued in February, Post & Go: Protected Plants, illustrates protected plants found across various locations within Jersey. The illustrator behind the beautiful botanical artwork for these stamps was British artist, Hannah George.

Available in late March, SEPAC: Architectural History, features eight historical buildings that tell the story of Jersey’s architectural history throughout the centuries. The issue has been illustrated using watercolour by British artist Jenny Costello.

You’ve likely received the marketing opt in form in the last two issues, and we’d like to thank you so much for your continued interest in everything our Philatelic team is creating.
