~Obituary ~

Mr. Sammy Lee Brown

was born December 22,

1945 to the late Mr. Theo and Clide Brown in Marian, Arkansas. He accepted Christ at an early age at the Morning Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Sammy retired from Wally Auto Body Shop of Chicago, Illinois. During his lifetime, the choice of recreation was his love for fishing. He was united in holy matrimony to his loving Ernestine Brown of Chicago, Illinois for thirty-three years. Sammy was proceeded in death by three sisters, Inez Drexter, Estella Lucky, and Thelma Rivers and a brother, Tommy Lee Brown. Sammy leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Ernestine Brown, his four children, Tammy White (Danny), Sammy Brown Jr. (Faye), Denise Wilkinson (Bruce) and Andra Coleman (Rashell), fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, four sisters, Marvine Covington, Laura Jean Horn (Nelson), Bernice Hicks (Freddie), Minnie Pearl Jones (Robert), two brothers, Daniel Brown (Josie) and Albert Brown (Mary) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends all to rejoice in Sammy’s homecoming.
