Randy Hollingshed was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on January 20, 1963 to Tommie Lee and Versie Hollingshed. He was the eldest of their five children.
Randy was a caring and humble person who loved his family and treasured the time he spent with family and friends. He really enjoyed family dinners where he would hang out with his male cousins. Though he faced many challenges in his life, Randy always weathered life’s storms with fortitude and a determination to stand on his own and walk his own path. He had a child-like innocence about him that made people warm up to him. He will be sorrowfully missed by family and friends.
Randy leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Tommie Lee and Versie Hollingshed; four siblings, Angie (Ronald) Brock, Tommie Lee Hollingshed Jr., Lisa Hollingshed, and Kevin Hollingshed; seven nieces and nephews, Jonathan, David, William, Teneka, Terrell, Katina and Keshia; four aunts, Ruth (Calvin) Robinson, Barbara Lewis, Sharron Jones, and Debbie (Calvin) Ratchford; a host of cousins and other family members.
