My Story
I was born in Olive Branch, MS, to the late Lawrence Isom and Velma Clark.
By the age of 21, I had married and given birth to five children. I later divorced and moved to Memphis, TN, where I worked as a cook - developing my passion and culinary skills for cooking.
I earned my high school diploma from Booker T. Washington, and I learned valuable life lessons throughout my journey. As a single parent, I knew my ultimate help came from God.
As a young adult, I accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord of my life. I joined Greater New Shiloh Baptist Church, where I served willingly and passionately on the Usher Board, Missionary Society, Kitchen Committee, and as a Directress of Nurture for Baptist Churches, Teacher of Bible Classes, and Secretary of the Riverside Association.
I worked for over 20 years at The Wonder Bread Bakery. This is where I met my Honey: Robert Lee Davis! We fell in love then married in 1985. After 36 years of marriage, my love and commitment to him never dimmed.
Let me tell you about the family God Blessed me with!
