When Tomorrow Starts Without Me

When tomorrow starts without me

And I’m not here to see

If the sun should rise and find your eyes

All filled with tears for me

I wish you wouldn’t cry The Way you did today

While thinking of the many things

We did not get to say

I know how much you love me

As much as I love you Each time that you think of me

I know you will miss me too

When tomorrow starts with out me

Please try to understand That an angel came and called my name And took me by the hand

The angel said my place was ready In heaven far above And That I would have to leave behind

All those I Dearly Love

But When I walked through Heaven’s Gates I felt so much at home

When GOD looked down and smiled at me

From his golden throne

He said This Is Eternity And All I promised you Today for life on earth is done

But Here it starts a new

I promise no tomorrow For today will always last And Since each day’s the exact same way There is no longing for the past

So When Tomorrow starts without me

Do not think we’re apart

For every time you think of me

Remember I’m right here in your heart

“There’s No Comparison To HARRISON” ~Since 1923~

“For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.”

Romans 14:8

Reflections of Life

Mrs. Jennie Mae Jones was born on August 14, 1941, to the late Robert Dean and Jennie Mae Broadie Dean in Nesbit, Mississippi. To this union, four children were born, Columbus, Leona, Robert Jr., and Jennie Mae. All have gone to be with the Lord.

In Nesbit, the Dean family were members of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. After moving to Memphis, Jennie Mae was active as a child at St. Jude, singing and playing the organ for the sunshine band. She was a proud Hamiltonian and married a fellow Hamiltonian, Earnest Jones, on September 4, 1961. They were married for almost 50 Years before he departed for eternity on July 6, 2011. Jennie Jones served faithfully beside her husband for ten years as pastor’s wife at Kings Hill Baptist Church in Brighton, Tennessee, and 20 years at New Hope Baptist Church in Laws Hill, Mississippi.

In 1987, her son Mark Jones preceded her in death.

On Wednesday, September 29, 2020, Jennie Jones departed this life. Her children will cherish her memories and legacy, James Jones, Janet Acey (Ryland), Maurice Jones (Belinda), Daryl Jones, and Karen Jones, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends to celebrate her life.

But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.

I Thessalonians 4:13 – 18
