

Reflections of Life

affery Daniel London Ogada was born July 23, 1967, to the late Mr. Didacus Ogada and his surviving mother, Mrs. Dorice Ogada, on Rusinga Island, Kenya. He gave his life to Christ at an early age.
Jaffery graduated in 1982 from grade school Kakrigu Basicallya home school, and he graduated from, Menyenya High School in 1986. He got a job in Nairobi and worked with tour & transportation. He then went to work in Menyenya.
After moving to the United States 15 years ago, he was very active in the Kenyan Community. He was known for helping a lot of people in various areas. He enjoyed his life here, where he married his wife Shirley of 14 years. His favorite hobbies were watching soccer, listening to his music, and visiting his friends. He was well known here and back home for his kind heart and the love he had for others.
Jaffery leaves to cherish his memories his mother Dorice Ogada; his wife Shirley Ogada; his two daughters Edith Achieng London, Beryle Anne London and two sons, Dickens Ogada and Derrick Joseph London all of Kenya; one granddaughter; four step-granddaughters and seven stepgrandsons all from the United States; two sisters Rehema Adhiambo Kimsli from New York, Elizabeth Adhiambo Okello from Kenya, three brothers, Francis Simmy (Grace) Ogada from New Jersey, Fred Okeya (Millie) Ogada from New York and Henry Adhiambo Ogada from Kenya; one stepdaughter, Yumekia Simpson from Mississippi, two stepsons, Willie (Nichola) Simpson from Mississippi and Cedric Simpson from Wisconsin. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Rest on my love; you will be truly missed. I thank God for bringing you in my life. There are a lot of memorable moments that we shared together. God allowed us 14 years to get to know each other and grow together. Life is what we make of it, and we made our life together.
