The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Psalms 23
Your life was a monumental experience for all of us. From the time we began to know each other, you proved to be a great provider and teacher. You taught me to be strong, independent, productive, and spiritual as we grew as adults. You encouraged us to be the same. As our lives progressed, you continued to give me everything I needed emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Your strength was excellent; your love was impressive, and your faith was very well knowledged. Your life was a blessing to me. I am so grateful that God blessed me with you as a loving husband, a father to my children, and a friend to the end. On May 24, 2025, we as a family witnessed your process transition, which was phenomenal. We found your farewell to be restful and peaceful. We will miss your physical warmness, but your spirit will live on.
Our daddy kept a garden A garden of the heart He planted all the good things that gave our lives their start. He turned us to the sunshine and encouraged us to dream. Fastening and nourishing the seeds of self-esteem. And then the winds and the rain came. He protected us enough but not too much because he knew we would stand up strong and tough. His constant good example always taught us right from wrong. Markers for our pathway that will last a lifetime long. We are Daddy’s garden. We are his legacy.
Love You, Clinton, Jr., Ronald, Kyndra
Grandpa, you were so nice.
Reading books while we ate cookies and candy, Then, our little tummies paid the price.
You tickled our bellies and made us laugh now our grandma will have to step in on your behalf. You laughed at our silly dances when you let us win a game. Then here comes Mom & Dad shouting our name
Since you’re not here today. Your love for us will always light the way. Your hugs were warm & your smile was bright. We will always remember them when we go to bed at night.
