Charlene

Charlene Robinson Toney was born September 14, 1948, in Memphis, Tn to the late Cooper and Mattie Robinson. She transitioned to heaven after a long illness into the arms of Jesus on December 17, 2016.

Charlene was a proud graduate of BT Washingon High School, where she was the top of her class. She later Graduated from LeMoyne Owen College and furthered her career working at the Internal Revenue Service for over 21 years.

She leaves to her memory her Husband of 47 Years, Ulysses, two children Ken (Carolyn) and Kemberly; four sisters, Geraldine Nelson (Howard), Peggy Booker (Leonard), Carlene Matthews (Robert), Brenda Wiseman (Ronnie) all of Memphis; one brother, Cooper L. Robinson, Jr., Mother and Father In Law, James and Christine Toney; two grand-children, Kennedie and Timothy and a host of beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
