everly Levette Holloway was born on March 30, 1965, to John Payne and Herrietta Taylor in Memphis, Tennessee. Beverly accepted at an early age and was an active and faithful member of St. Andrew AME Church for over fifthy years.

Beverly graduated from Central High School in 1983 and continued her educated Lemoyne Owen College, Miller Hawkins Business College, and Columbia Southern University, where she studied mathematics and international business management.
