The 83rd edition of The Cougar Yearbook was printed by Balfour Publishing in Dallas. The theme for the yearbook was “Here & Now," a reflection of this brief moment in time when we were all here, together, at Tomball High School.

Our Balfour sales representative was Mary Beth McIver, and we were assisted by Balfour's software and tech guru Hal Schmidt. Our plant representative was Tracey Noren. Senior portraits were taken by Photo Texas.

The book is a 9 x 12 format and is printed on 100 lb# gloss paper. The 248-page book was designed using the Adobe design suite, including InDesign and PhotoShop, version CS6. The font family used was Olympia and an assortment of additional fonts based on the design. There were 700 copies of the book ordered, with about 670 books pre-ordered.

The cost of the book was $65 for early bird special and then rose to $85 after November 1st and $100 when delivered.

From the Editor To everyone who's reading this Here & Now, to everyone looking back years from today, I want to say thank you. It's been a really long process, but I'm very proud of what my fellow yearbookers and I were able to accomplish in what now seems like such a very short time. I truly couldn't have done it without the help of my peers, our amazing advisor Mr. Fordyce, and especially the guidance from our Artistic Director Hanna Bowman. I am currently in my junior year and I'm very excited Brooke McGarrah to start my final yearbook in 2020. Although our program will be losing some great seniors, I can only hope we accomplish what we did with this year's book and more. I hope you all continue to, even when you're far gone from high school, remeber to live in the Here & Now.
