• 25 acre formal industrial site. • Develop solution for on site contamination. • Site Limnology Institute research and conference center at (100,000SF) with a sustainable strategy. • Provide a 200,000 gallon experimental research amenity on site. • Provide a sustainable working wetland demonstrating the water quality purification system within the water shed. • Provide 75,000SF of housing for the Institute community. • Provide parking for 150 cars. • Create connecting links to the regional river walk system. • Develop design vocabulary for entire site.
