It is with great pleasure that we introduce Trump National’s new Assistant General Manager, Jennifer Croce. She is originally from Middletown, NY. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from Cornell University’s prestigious School of Hotel Administration where she was honored as the 13th recipient of the esteemed Joseph Drown Prize. She additionally holds two Associate of Applied Science degrees with high honors; the first in Hotel Management and Professional Chef with the second in Computer Programming and Information Systems. After graduation, Jennifer didn’t rest on her laurels, but instead jumped right into the hospitality industry. Jennifer ran high-end and high-volume kitchens, restaurants, banquets and in-room dining operations at Resorts Hotel and Casino and Trump Casino Services in Atlantic City, NJ, Ritz Carlton in Naples, FL and Bachelor Gulch, CO and The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, FL. In 2003, Jennifer discovered the wonderful world of private clubs and never looked back. She ran high-end exclusive clubs nationwide including the Denver Country Club in Denver, CO, The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, FL, Morgan Run Resort and Club in Rancho Santa Fe, CA and Lakewood Country Club in Rockville, MD. When the economy took a turn, Jennifer quickly shifted gears and became a turn-around specialist who went on to improve service, processes and profitability at GlenArbor Golf Club in Bedford Hills, NY, the Governors Club in Tallahassee, FL, Losantiville Country Club in Cincinnati, OH, Agawam Hunt Club in Rumford, RI and West Hills Country Club in Middletown, NY to name of few. In these positions, Jennifer was fortunate to be groomed by industry leaders such as Bill Marriott, Donald Trump, Wolfgang Puck and Certified Master Chef Lawrence McFadden. In addition to refining her culinary and service skills, Jen also focused on sales, marketing, social media and membership growth. She led the charge of marketing and selling memberships, tournament sales and private events for the grand opening of Little River Resort and Club just outside of Pinehurst, NC. She was responsible for sales and execution of private events for a very discreet and exclusive membership at the prestigious Everglades Club in Palm Beach, FL. To ensure a successful opening, Jennifer was even called upon as the opening Director of Sales and Conference Services at the esteemed Lockheed Martin Center for Leadership Excellence just outside of Washington, DC. Jennifer has some very distinguished career achievements. She earned the MVP Award for Sage Hospitality Management Essentials 101 & Behavioral Interviews, SAS’s Operator of the Year, Ritz Carlton’s Leadership Essentials & Labor Management Standards Award and Hilton Performance for Excellence Award. Always in search of knowledge, she earned fourteen certificates from the National Restaurant Association and the American Hotel & Motel Association. True to her field, Jennifer belongs to numerous professional associations including the Club Advisory Council Internationale, Private Club Professionals, Private Club Membership and Marketing, Social Media and Private Club Management, Cornell Center for Hospitality Research, Ivy League Network, Food and Beverage Cost Group, Golden Key International Honour Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Finally, Jennifer is a certified Mystery Shopper for hotels, restaurants, theatres, retail outlets, private clubs and entertainment venues nationwide. After years of traveling where the industry needs them, Jennifer and her hubby Joseph Gargiulo have decided to come back to the Northeast. Jennifer, Joseph and their beloved puppy Ginger Snap are excited to be moving in the near future and planting roots in the local community.
