Stress is a major issue. It affects our health, our mood, our relationships and more. One of the best ways to destress is to decompress. But what exactly does that mean? It’s really about time to take a breath. Find time in your schedule to take breaks to alleviate tension and recenter. Hint: if you start to feel anxious and panicky, the best thing you can do is take a break rather than working harder or faster. A break for you could be meditation, reading a book or playing with your dog. Whatever makes you feel at ease. The trick is to schedule it, don’t wait until the stress takes over.
