Be confident about what you bring to the table – your knowledge, skills, and personal and professional experiences matter. Understand the total compensation package, not just the base salary. Some good questions to ask are: What is the target bonus opportunity for this role? Has the bonus paid out in the past 2 years? Can you share the benefits package, time off policy, and work schedule?
