A note from Jeni In 2002 we set out to make the best ice creams we could imagine. It’s an attitude that drives us to make better ice creams today than we did yesterday, and better ice creams tomorrow than we did today.

Our ice creams tell stories—of the dozens of growers, makers, and producers with whom we work. Of place, history, and tradition. Of art and pop culture. Led by our curiosity, we make ice creams that people want to share and talk about. And we do it in a way that brings people together and celebrates community. The flavor of our ice creams is so much more than what you experience on your tongue. Flavor is the why and how behind every single thing we do. And every detail adds up.

Absolutely everything in our pints is there because we believe in it. We don’t use off-theshelf mixes, fillers, or emulsifiers. Our unique recipe allows each perfect ingredient to shine. Our ice creams are uber creamy and sturdy with a body made to melt perfectly into a dessert or complement its flavor. They are high in butterfat and low in air and, most important, are delicious.

This is especially true of our spring ice creams, like Sweet Cream Biscuits & Peach Jam, Lemon & Blueberries Parfait, and Savannah Buttermint. Long-loved flavors that signal the start of spring, that make us dance with excitement, and put huge smiles on our faces— and that we hope will do the same for you.

Here’s everything you need to know about how it works.

How do you ship ice cream?

Our ice creams are packed in an insulated box with enough dry ice to keep them perfectly frozen (at -109.3°F to be exact) well into the evening of the delivery date.

On the very rare occasion that ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll gladly reship the order at our cost.

Our order minimum is 3 pints. But after that it’s up to you! Our boxes are designed to neatly hold up to 6, 9, or 18 pints.

What’s inside the box?

In addition to ice cream, our signature orange boxes include dry ice (carefully packaged, of course!), a bulletin about what makes Jeni’s ice cream so special, and a personalized gift message from you.

Ice cream can be mailed to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We offer flat-rate shipping starting at $13. Our dry goods, including sprinkles, apparel, and cookbooks, always ship for free.
