Dear Visitation Families and Friends: Welcome to the annual auction, Midnight Masquerade, the largest fundraiser for Visitation Catholic School! We hope you enjoy a night of entertainment and camaraderie while celebrating the commitment of school and parish families to support the continued success of our children. This is a tremendous parish and school community, and we are gratified that you are a part of tonight’s celebration. Visitation School currently serves 527 students in kindergarten through eighth grades. In our 99th year of operation, we can proudly say that Vis is here to stay! This amazing commitment to the Catholic formation and exemplary academic preparation of the young people of Visitation Parish is only possible because of YOU. Thank you for being here tonight, for donating auction items, for planning this event, or for investing your resources in the school operation. Last year, the earnings from the auction subsidized the expansion of technology assets to support 21st Century learning for our children as well as significant investment in general school operations. Through your generosity year after year, we are able to ensure that our students have the academic foundation they require to succeed in elementary school, high school and beyond. This year’s Diocesan theme is We Are Family and as a family-based community, and in the words of Pope Francis, we “Care for Our Common Home.” In addition to supporting the annual operating expenses, the Fund-A-Need monies raised this year will make it possible for us to renew learning spaces with carpeting, refresh the restroom facilities, and implement up-to-date safety and security features. As responsible citizens, we will plan improvements to the school with a focus on good environmental stewardship as we invest in the future. Thank you very much for attending and participating fully and generously in tonight’s event. We can only succeed for the good of our students because of your support. On behalf of Monsignor Offutt, all the faculty and staff of Visitation School, the auction committee, and all the volunteers who make this endeavor possible, we are so very thankful for your support. Remember, We Are Family – We Take Care of our Home.
Enjoy the celebration!

A N OT E FROM OUR AUCTION CHAI RS Dear Visitation Friends and Family, THANK YOU for helping us bring the 2019 Visitation Auction to life. We would like to take this opportunity to share our gratitude, especially to Msgr. Diane Ritchie: Thank you for keeping the books and helping with all the little details. To all the parents that hosted and donated to Gift Gathering Parties: Thank you for helping us think outside the box and generously donating to make the auction a success. Patrick Casey: Thank you for your time and dedication in the art room, as well as all the students and parents who worked on class gifts. Thank you to the parent volunteers that went above and beyond to make each gift something special for the parents to take home and treasure. Lea Murphy: Thank you, yet again, for gorgeous student photographs that capture the fun and joy in all our children. Mark Blanck and Sarpino’s Pizza: Thank you for feeding volunteers and their kids while they worked. Most of all, thanks to all of the committee chairs and members who gave selflessly of themselves to get this critical fundraiser ready. T E ACHER WISHL IST # 200 Visitation is a very blessed parish and school, but our teachers still spend an average of over $900 of their own money on classroom supplies each year. They do this in an effort to provide an outstanding learning environment for our children. We have asked our beloved teachers to create a wish-list of items to help them this year.

If you’re not satisfied with the ones you have, there is a natural option that delivers semi-permanent results. Microblading is a form of semi-permanent makeup applied to the eyebrow using organic, vegan pigments. It creates fine, individual strokes that mimic the look of real hair for a result that is extremely natural looking. Improve or create eyebrow definition, cover gaps of lost hair and extend the eyebrows. Never worry about drawing in your brows again. Microblading can last up to 3 years.
