The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) developed Project Worksheets (PW's) to address the ultimate repair to SWBNO facilities (sewer, water, drainage). Scope: Condall provides skill training. Duration: Jan-2017 to Present Project Name & Location: SEWERAGE AND WATER BOARD OF NEW ORLEANS (Owner) – Program Management Services for Hurricane Related “Sewerage” Restoration | New Orleans, Louisiana Description: The SWBNO experienced damage to its facilities as a result of the failure of the Federal Levee System. The FEMA developed Project Worksheets (PW's) to address the ultimate repair to SWBNO facilities (sewer, water, drainage). Scope: The Sewer Program/Construction Management Team was assigned to provide Program Management and Construction Management on hurricane related restoration for the drainage system. This work would include providing program and administration, management, data collection and analysis, and other engineering services for the necessary design, as well as, construction management and inspection for the construction, repair, and rehabilitation of the damaged SEWER and new facilities (i.e., pump stations, buildings, power production facilities, as well as, other facilities owned by the SWBNO) in the New Orleans Metropolitan area. Management services are to include Design Consultant Management and Construction Management and Inspection services necessary for the successful repair and rehabilitation of multiple facilities.
