White paper - JJD

The Jelly Joint Dao is an official sub-dao of Jelly Co that came to life in December of 2022. The focal point of the sub-dao is Jelly Rascals with the joint trait. From this, the team has created their first NFT collection, Runaway Rascals, being built on the basis of a community that comes together. Whilst being regarded as a sub-dao, we are very much our own project with its own vision.

We aim to create a sustainable source of revenue in order to reward both Jelly Joint Rascal holders as well as Runaway Rascals. One of the ways we will do this is by investing a portion of the mint funds in Jelly Rascals. This will allow us to stake them to earn $jelly, which will earn passive income to reinvest into other sources of revenue. This will include business ventures and property purchases. This will also allow us to reward the holders of the project, including exclusive giveaways.

Runaway Rascals is a collection of 1314 NFT’s created by the Jelly Joint Dao. The project was inspired by communities coming together. This has led to many different utilities being created for holders of Runaway Rascals, with the option for them to pick which one they prefer. This is in addition to other utilities such as exclusive giveaways, alpha calls, games, raid2earn, and more to come..

Runaway Rascals can be applied to Jelly Rascals as a cosmetic to replace the look of their current rascal. This process would cost 50 jelly to do. While it functions as a cosmetic, it does not provide access to the Jelly Co Discord.

The factions are where the communities come together. When you have one of the strains below, you gain entry to that specific DAO and also have the ability for further utility, as described below.

The rank 1-5 have access to the utilities of each faction. The one of ones will receive airdrops of SOL/NFTs every month. The rank 1-5, as well as the one of ones will also gain access to, and become part of the Jelly Joint Dao, along with holder benefits, access to exclusive giveaways, collab partner utility and will benefit from any priority pass access/tools available to the JJD in the near and long term mapping. More updates and information surrounding these will be revealed in stages.

REVENUE SOURCES

A significant portion of the mint s funds has been allocated to acquiring 40 Rascals(Whale status). This will generate $JELLY for us, which we will use to establish the following revenue streams

The core team consists of Jelly Rascal holders who have been a part of the project, most of us being there from the very beginning.

Momak comes from a business and marketing background, and is a human behavior specialist, currently working as a business consultant for a global software company. Momak mostly escapes the corporate life to chill in web3 and is a JellyCo whale with a strong desire to make a difference in the space.

Miiisha comes from a sales and consulting background. He is a whale shark with Jelly Co and holds the sickest 1 of 1 rascal at Jelly Co. He is also navigating being a new dad with a passion for climbing and writing music. Last but not least, Miiisha is Momak's alter ego (better looking version, though) and they often spend their time coming up with ideas, some being absolutely crazy!

Kcanie is a veteran sales specialist who currently occupies a role in the medical field IRL, but is a businessman at heart. He brings along his experience with all things gambling and streaming, and enjoys streaming himself, representing the JJDAO on Kick.

Bojmats is the real deal. He is a verified legendary rascal with Jelly Co. and is currently building his online empire at yournftjourney.io and yournftdisplay.com. He also is pursuing his qualification in economics, constantly learning new things and doing his best to keep the other Leads in check.

Alex is our regular Doctor Strange, coming from a background in medicine. He has decided to pursue his real passion in software development with an interest in innovative technologies. Alex enjoys formula1, a huge crypto enthusiast and is the selfproclaimed poker king.

Dev / Gificator

Genio is a hardcore techie who enjoys building cool shit like drones and other gadgets. He is our go-to guy whenever we press the wrong buttons. Genio is a graphic artist with vast experience in many roles including mod/CM /admin. One of the hardest working guys you will meet, currently pursuing his dream in electronics and doing whatever it takes to get there.
