DESIGN INTENT This D.C. Dupont Circle Row Home was a home needing be brought back to life. With very outdated fixtures and finishes creating a gloomy environment, the space was opened up and recovered. The clients focus their attention around their family, the kitchen, and quality time. Once a dark, damp, and dusty row house, now a bright and airy family centered home.

INSPIRATION AND MATERIALITY

Owner’s of this home are not afraid of a little bit of color. By restoring some of the architectural features within the home and also introducing updated fixtures and new materials, this home re-invites the family back into the space.

This property leans on the use of natural material and organic and geometric shapes.
