Chapter 17 Atlas is a handmade ceramic line featuring an old-world crackle glaze. Impossible to effectively create in large mechanized factories, each artisanal tile is carefully crafted to feature slight variations in color, shade, hue, and size. When these effects are blended and installed, the true beauty and elegance of this hand-crafted tile comes to light.
The simple, four-color pallete makes designing with Chapter 17 easy. The colors include: an elegant muted white called Cobblestone, a stunning beige cream called Sand Bar, an incredible grey we call Riverwash, and Spanish Moss, which is a beautiful soft green.
Create beautiful installations with each distinct color or combine them to create a unique look.
Please Note:
All product shots are artistic interpretations of actual product. Due to the nature of the printing process, we recommend obtaining physical samples of product for actual color representation.
Chapter 17 products have slight to moderate shade variation. We strongly recommend laying out and blending the tiles prior to installation. This step will ensure a proper color blend in order to achieve a classic look for your installation. Jeffrey Court recommends a high-quality white thinset for best installation results. A grey mortar, mastic or adhesive could stain or alter the color of the product.

IMPORTANT: Installation Instructions
We recommend wet cutting or the score and snap method during the installation process. Improper installation techniques could expose installer to inhalation of harmful silica dust. Do not dry cut product using power tools during the installation process. Using dry cutting methods could present a risk of acute lung injury.
