1. TOURS Additional services within these tours may not be applicable towards this promotion. Subject to availability. Not applicable to excursions provided by other operators. All services require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service. No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price. Tours departure times may change according to property and season.

2. PREMIUM WINE list available at property restaurants. Can not use Resort Credit to order wines through room service.

3. S PECIAL DINNERS Reservations are required for romantic dinners, based on availability and location may be changed due to inclement weather conditions.

Additional bottles of Champagne incur an additional cost. Subject to space and availability.

4. RENT A CAR For Rent a Car Services Resort Credits are applicable only to rental rate and only for the Compact Car Class. Car Class upgrades may be available at the counter. Mandatory to purchase Liability Coverage and Collision Damage Waiver at the counter.

5. WEDDINGS Limitless Resort Credit is applicable only to The Colin Cowie Weddings Collection™ packages; other wedding packages do not qualify. Maximum amount of Limitless Resort Credit that can be used towards a weddings collection is $1800. Only the Seaglass, Elegant Ivory, Purple Shimmer, El Sol and White Rosette Collections are applicable towards Limitless Resort Credit. Not subject to 20% service fee.

6. T AKE AWAY When using Take Away products and services of this promotion, some services fees may apply on a specific and previously published percentage of the product value. These services fees can be paid with cash, credit card or other authorized means.

7. GOLF Limitless Resort Credit applies towards green fees and shared cart. Additional services may be available at the golf courses which may not be applicable towards this promotion. Limitless Resort Credit is not applicable for products at pro shop. Limitless Resort Credit is applicable for golf rounds at regular price. Golf rounds include early fee, green fee, twilight fee, and junior fee and exclude all other fees. Limitless Resort Credit may not be used towards rental equipment, extra rider fees or other concepts. Subject to space and availability.

8. R OCK SPA / BEAUTY SALON & BOUTIQUE: Limitless Resort Credit can not be applied towards Signature services on Rock Spa menu and/or salon services on the Posh Trendy Catalog.
