ISSUE

Challenges include extended work hours to meet project deadlines, experiencing boredom during prolonged periods of screen-based work (common in architecture and tech fields), maintaining physical fitness for sustained productivity, a workforce where 80% are over 40 years old (with a majority being Gen Z), a need for accessible references, precedents, and archives for data processing, and a prevalent tendency towards individualism in certain scenarios."

SOLUTION Addressing fatigue through the establishment of a relaxation zone or designated napping area. Introducing an open communal space to foster enjoyment, reduce boredom, encourage social bonding, and diminish individualism. Incorporating a compact sports area to encourage physical fitness.
