Whether it is a hotel lobby, a yacht, a jet, or a restaurant, JD STARON can create a unique floor covering of commercial-grade carpet to satisfy any project. From the simplest Axminster carpets; to the most creative multi-textural composites; to replicas of antique rugs. JD STARON’s creations combined with the concierge service and the guidance of our expert sales team will make even the most complex projects simple and easy.
1. Start by simply share your vision and ideas. Sketches of patterns, pictures of interiors, and other inspirations are usually enough to start the process.
2. Share your color suggestions which can be based on color chips or fabric swatches. You may also choose from hundreds of colors available in our pom boxes.
3. Based on your ideas, we will provide you with a detailed rendering created in our design studio. After the CAD is approved, we will quickly proceed with sampling. In most cases, your samples can be made within a couple of weeks.
DESIGN LAYOUT & SEAMING PLAN
To make the process even easier JD Staron’s experienced art department is capable of effortlessly overlaying custom patterns within any space layout and creating seaming pans for your space. We will consider the installation process and minimize the square footage needed to decrease the cost of the project.

Our bespoke Axminister program offers an incredible range of creative possibilities reaching far beyond traditional carpet construction. In addition to classic time-tested pile carpet, now we offer options of mixing various pile heights, with loops and a choice of different yarn combinations.

JD Staron’s hand-tufted carpets are made with the finest fibers combined with custom-finishing techniques. Our masterful hand-tufters have the skills required to craft the finest quality carpets and rugs. With a variety of available techniques, any type of texture and dimension can be achieved.
PASS-TUFT
Sometimes a project requires faster lead times and more economical deliveries, and so pass machine-tufting provides the perfect solution for any commercial application. For rooms with irregular shapes, pass machine-tufted carpet is a solution minimal in both cost and waste. This technology can produce virtually any texture and allows for over-tufting for accent.

Together JD STARON and CARPET MAKER are attempting to make a difference with the help of a revolutionary technology that can turn ocean plastic waste into a silk-like yarn, we call “MONSILK”. In collaboration with the Thai government and countless volunteers, we gather plastic ocean waste and turn it into our incredible “MONSILK” yarn.
