Seeing the world has honed Meghan Ashley ‘s eye for capturing beautiful moments and unique images. Born and raised in Florida, she traveled extensively via the Army, including Italy for three years, and is now at Fort Stewart with her husband and their two young sons.

“Traveling the world and capturing memories that will last a lifetime is the heart of my photography business,” says Meghan. “Capturing milestone events such as birthdays, graduations, retirements and military functions is as meaningful to me as it is to my clients. Photographing families, their new beginnings and their little ones is a joy and a privilege.”

What started as a hobby became a passion. “I’ve been taking photographs since I was 16 years old. I took four years of photography classes in addition to participating in numerous workshops before I opened my photography business.” She says, “Choosing photography is choosing to continually find the beauty in the world.”

Children & Nature

Meghan specializes in children and family photography. “I enjoy all types of photography sessions, but my favorites are photographing children and nature, usually together,” she says. “Children are always in their natural state, unlike adults who have more self judgement, and they are free in the moment, making their photographs less staged.” Meghan prefers to work with exterior natural light so that her photographs have a natural quality and look.

Commercial Work

Meghan also works with commercial customers and enjoys helping bring a business to life through branding photography. Everything she does is created specifically for each customer. “I want a potential client, family or business, to know that I provide quality photography with a customized experience for each client.”

Her Business

“I didn’t expect to have an official business fully functioning, but I am really enjoying it, “she says, “The flexibility of photography allows me to have quality time with my family while giving me the opportunity to photograph your family.”

Meghan Ashley Photography is located at both Fort Stewart, GA, and Orlando, FL, and Meghan is open to travel if she can accommodate the locations and dates.

Meghan says, “I see life differently from inside the camera lens, and using that talent and expertise allows me to bring joy to others. Taking a photograph allows me to capture a moment that will last a lifetime. And I like seeing people smile!”
