Community Arts Mapping We’re asking for your help! To find the artists and organizations left out of mainstream circles. The Arts Council of Johnson County and our partner ArtsKC are trying to identify and map ALL of the art assets in Johnson County. That means knitting circles and marching bands, food pop-ups, poetry slams to welders, bands and jam sessions, venues, and collectives.

Why? Because Johnson County wants to broaden access to arts knowledge, funding, and representation beyond the usual higherprofile recipients.

Who’s Who in the Cast Morgan Ball (Wickersham Brother/ Ensemble) is thrilled to return to Seussical this year! He was last seen as Ensemble/Featured Dancer in Chess. He would like to thank his dance teacher Monica Renwick for his training and his family for their love and support!

Susan Campen (Mrs. Mayor) After spending 7 years as a homeschool mama, Susan is excited to be back in touch with her wild side and play on the stage with the fun-loving Seussical team in her 2nd show with TIP! Recent KC roles include: Ms. Myers in Freaky Friday and Mother Superior in Sister Act. Many thanks to her husband, three daughters, and purrfect cat for their support during

these crazy weeks!

Michael Golliher (Wickersham Brother/Ensemble) is honored to be monkeying around with this delightful cast and crew. Michael is a singer, actor, visual artist, lifelong Dr. Seuss fan, and co-host of the Fantasia podcast “Fantasia Fantasia: A Gay Fantasia on Fantasia Themes.”

The Parks & Recreation Foundation of Johnson County teaches at his home studio, Nallia School of Dance, and has choreographed for other venues including The White Theatre at the J, TIP Academy, and Kansas City Kansas Community College.

Morgan Hennessy (Bird Girl/ Ensemble) is excited to be making her TIP debut. Though an avid theater lover, she is often found performing in operas all around the KC area. She would like to thank her family and her cat Sunshine for all their love and support Phil Howard (Cat in the Hat) Think left and think right and think low and think high. Oh, the thinks you can think of only you try! I hope you have fun, and when the shows done, adventure awaits, go have yourself one!

Athena Louise Hyacinth (Sour Kangaroo) is thrilled to make their Theatre in the Park debut with Seussical! Some of their favorite credits include Beneatha in A Raisin in the Sun, Ida in Honk!, Martha in Spring Awakening, and Gary Coleman in Avenue Q. Cody Kreutzer (Mr. Mayor) is thrilled to be returning to TIP - Indoor!

Recent credits include: Reuben (Joseph. . .Dreamcoat), Angel (Kinky Boots), and Wickersham/Ensemble (Seussical). He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Arts Leadership and Cultural Management from Colorado State University. Cody would like to thank his family and friends for their continued support.

Clifford Lyons (Horton) is thrilled to make his TIP debut. Previous roles

include: Dave, in The Full Monty, Jean Shepherd in A Christmas Story The Musical, and Mr. MacAfee in Bye Bye Birdie. Thanks to Mom, and friends for their love & support.

Katelynn Quick-McCormick (Gertrude McFuzz) is ecstatic to channel her inner child and many Thinks into Seussical! This is her 4th TIP show & 1st indoor. Gratitude to the Seuss team, Ellis, family, friends, Dance Fit Flow, & Delano Mendoza. How Lucky Am I! Enjoy the show!

Kayleen Spear (Bird Girl/Ensemble) is thrilled to be flying around in Seussical again this year. You may have last seen her in Footloose with TIP. In her free time she enjoys food, fun and friends. She would like to thank her friends, family and Sage for their unwavering love and support.

Mia Valentine (Mayzie La Bird) This is Mia’s 3rd show at the park! You might have seen her in HSM 1&2 (Sharpay), Kinky Boots (Pat), and Heathers (Veronica). She also did hair and makeup for Little Shop (TIP), and Into The Woods (The J). @_miavalentine AJ Valle (Bird Girl/Ensemble) is so excited to be reprising her role from last year’s Seussical! Working with TIP is so much fun and she is so happy to be back! Thank you to the cast and especially the production team. Some of the best people in the business!

Who’s Who on the Production Team Amanda Albert (Props Designer/ Coordinator) is elated to be working with Zane and this amazing team, as well as returning to TIP. She would like to give shout-outs to

the production staff and actors for their creativity, collaboration, and connection. All the love to Josh and the Kiddos for their help with crafting and support through this process.

Jonnie Brice (Music Director & Accompanist) After 33 years of teaching music and directing high school musicals, she is truly enjoying being a part of the community theatre scene! During her 4 years of retirement she has been a part of at least 15 productions. Her recent shows include Newsies, Matilda, Spongebob SquarePants, Curtains, and Chess. Will she ever really retire?

Stage Manager) My names Sydney Cheek I build sets big and small, I go under the stage up above where I’m tall, I make lights create sounds and details for the stage, I help make the scripts story jump off of the page, I love theater, the arts, and see the world from all views, But mostly I’m glad I can share it all with you!
