REMINDERS Summer is just warming up at JCPRD! Please remember as your programs and sites begin to wind down in August and September that you need to suspend or terminate staff whose positions have concluded for the season. You can use the term form linked under the Human Resources tab on InsideJCPRD to term or suspend!

Don’t forget to give your new hires plenty of time to complete their onboarding packets and background checks, if needed. *All required background checks must be complete and clear BEFORE anyone starts working!*

All pay increases must begin at the beginning of a pay period.

From the showmanship he demonstrates in public programming conceptualization and execution to the nuance and thoughtfulness he brings to onboarding volunteers, he cares deeply about his work, his colleagues, and the communities we serve in Johnson County everyday.
