As a proud program of Johnson County Park and Recreation District, the Kansas City Corporate Challenge (KCCC) was established in 1980 and is the nation's largest corporate games program, bringing together more than 20,000 participants from 160 Kansas City companies through a wide variety of recreational and competitive events. Designed to promote health, wellness, teamwork, and camaraderie, KCCC encourages employees to stay active, build stronger workplace relationships, and connect with professionals across the Kansas City business community.
By the Numbers
From April - June, KCCC hosts 30 events throughout the KC metro for participants ranging in age from 19 to 70+ KCCC maintains a dynamic and interactive social media presence with over 10,000 subscribers and followers Sideline Stories, KCCC’s weekly in-season digital newsletter, is distributed to over 20,000 recipients and has an average open rate of 43% KCCC welcomes over 35,000 participants and spectators throughout the season Introduced in 2021, the Fall Series takes place in September and offers a minimum of 20 teams the opportunity to participate in unique competition outside of the regular season.
