Our Vision Our Vision is a restored and preserved John Hay Estate at The Fells on Lake Sunapee that: Draws people together to share interests in history, gardens, our natural setting, and the protection of the lake; Stimulates further their pursuit of those interests by offering enriching educational programs and events that feature three generations of Hay family visionaries; Provides access that lets visitors enjoy their John Hay Estate experience within a safe, tranquil environment.

hen people think about a membership to The Fells, they often think about peaceful walks, beautiful gardens, and special events right here on Lake Sunapee. But one of the best hidden perks of membership is that it can also open the doors to hundreds of museums, gardens, and cultural sites across the country (and the world!) — often for free or reduced admission through programs like the North American Reciprocal Museum Association (NARM) and the American Horticultural Society (AHS) reciprocal memberships. As someone who loves planning trips around museums and gardens, I’m always checking to see whether my Fells membership will get me in.
